vcm discretionary daytrading:

• if a position is to be held through lunch, then do not open any new positions after 1115 rt...
• consider exiting open positions into the 1200 or the 130 rt...
• wait until 215 rt to open new positions for afternoon trades...
• if i am comfortable with the uncertainty of a position that is going against me, i have to train myself to be comfortable with a position that is going in my favor...when it is going in my favor, i have noticed that i tend to believe that it will reverse and then go against me...
